Para sancionar el maltrato de animales en Jalisco
GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (21/MAY/2014) -. Frases centro de uno a tres años en prisión, el Comité de Medio Ambiente del Congreso local pronto espera aprobar una enmienda al Código Penal para tipificar como delito cualquier acto de abuso contra los animales para acabar con su vida.

Preguntado sobre los acontecimientos del fin de semana pasado en la colonia Tabachines, donde un hombre quemado vivo ocho cachorros, el vicepresidente de la comisión, Jesús Palos Vaca, dijo que la aprobación de la reforma, ya que los casos citados tienen sanciones de cárcel para los infractores.

"Es lamentable (este caso). Hay que sacarnos de legislar sobre este tema para que ya no sucede. Si vamos a tener que encarcelar a esas personas tienen que hacer, porque si lo ponemos difícil esto nunca es va a dejar de latir ", dijo Palos Vaca este mediodía.
 
Por otra parte, se refirió al vicepresidente de la Comisión de Medio Ambiente que la reciente Ley de Protección Animal del Estado no fue tomada en cuenta por el Municipio de Zapopan cuando castigar a la persona que mató a ocho perros y herida la madre de éstos, pero impuso una multa de acuerdo a su municipio situación normativa, reconoce Palos se repite en el estado.

"La ley del estado, es cierto, no se aplica, pero necesitamos la propia autoridad se implementa como está escrito", dijo Palos Vaca, llamados municipios a considerar en los casos de maltrato a los animales, ya que esta legislación el poder para hacerla cumplir.

"Si Dios quiere, hacer enviar una orden dirigida a los gobiernos municipales para implementar la ley", dijo el diputado, ya que si bien los municipios tienen sus propios instrumentos para sancionar, la ley estatal que determina los principales advertencias.

Para los ocho perros quemados, Zapopan incluye multas que van de seis mil dólares, pero el señor de Zapopan Alejandrina Zambrano dijo buscará esta multa se multiplica por animal herido, es decir, ocho, para dar una suma de más de 40 mil dólares.

Sin embargo, para elevar el mismo ejercicio con las sanciones de la ley estatal, la pena para el autor sería 160 mil dólares.


Por último, será un juez municipal que dictó la pena si se multiplica por cada perro para que el hombre se quitó la vida

Why defend animals ?

Often thought that people who defend animals are sentimental and baseless people defend their kittens and puppies and do not think about human suffering.

The animal rights is based on the principle of tolerance and respect for both human and nonhuman life .

The abuse of animals is comparable to the oppression of certain groups of power over others (Animal Liberation, Singer) so any manifestation of intolerance and cruelty is repudiated by the liberationist groups. For Animal Abuse is even more delicate by the fact that animals can not be expressed in an understandable way for the Common Human , voiceless , so it is necessary to interpret their suffering and protect them. Be the voice of the voiceless .

Some people argue that an animal should not have rights because they do not have the use of reason and therefore not be able to defend, but perhaps one bus , which has no voice or the use of reason ,

ANIMAL ABUSE

The Animal Welfare try to help reduce the number of animals being cruelly treated .

Each year, millions of animals are mutilated , were poisoned , electrocuted and burned in experiments. It is often argued that these sacrifices are in the name of science , but the truth is that most occur in war , cosmetic industry and in colleges and universities. Even pharmaceutical companies, animal experiments produce more harm than good. There are drugs that went on sale after being tested on animals and have caused diseases and malformations in humans . We are very different, identical in only one thing: the capacity to suffer .
Millions of rabbits , guinea pigs, mice and small mammals are used to test household items and cosmetics. Procter & Gamble , Colgate-Palmolive and Unilever are among the most cruel animal testing companies . In Chile, the animal facility of the Catholic University of primates kept in confinement over a hundred monkeys used in the experiment , which subjected to conditions of extreme suffering , like physical pain , stress, isolation and overcrowding. There are valid scientific alternative , supported by technological progress and non-animal , so they are more secure, accurate , cheap , ethical and without any side effects.
